THE ACADIAN MUSEUM OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

Thanks to the permanent and temporary exhibitions as well as the Genealogical Research Center, you will discover almost 300 years of Acadian presence on the Island. The first Acadians arrived at the Isle Saint -Jean in 1720. You will appreciate a video as well as paintings mounted in Claude Picard's gallery . A patrimonial hiking trail allows you to learn while enjoying the outdoor. Proud of their heritage, the Acadians knew how to protect their culture and their language.
